A Glimpse Inside Your Weekly Note
In our rush to be productive, we often forget that rest is not a luxury—it's essential. This week, I invite you to find just five minutes each day for complete stillness.
No phone, no music, no distractions. Just you, your breath, and the present moment.
Try this simple practice: Find a comfortable seat. Close your eyes. Take three deep breaths, feeling your shoulders drop with each exhale. Then simply notice: What do you hear? What sensations are present in your body? What thoughts drift through your mind?
Remember, you don't need to clear your mind or "do it right." This is simply about being present with yourself, exactly as you are.
